The Generous Shine Co. offers professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to: window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, roof moss removal, pressure washing, and other related services as requested and agreed upon in writing.

All pricing is based on the information provided and may be subject to adjustment after an on-site evaluation.

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle or other approved methods.

Clients must ensure clear access to the work area on the scheduled service date. If access is not available, The Generous Shine Co. reserves the right to reschedule or charge a service call fee.

If you are not fully satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address any reasonable concerns at no additional charge.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

The Generous Shine Co. is fully insured and takes every precaution to avoid property damage. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures

• Leaks or damage due to clogged gutters or roof issues outside our scope

• Items not secured by the client (e.g., loose outdoor décor)

Clients are responsible for notifying us of fragile or sensitive areas before service.

For safety and quality, services may be postponed due to rain, high winds, or unsafe working conditions. We will contact you promptly to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

We may take before-and-after photos of our work for training and marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shown. Let us know in advance if you prefer to opt out.

The Generous Shine Co. may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
